For Three Loaves of bread:

3 Cups of warm water: 115 degrees
1 lean Tbsp sea salt
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup vital wheat gluten
2 tbsp yeast
1/3 cup oil
2-3 cups of whole wheat flour

First add water
then add salt and sugar
then add gluten
then add yeast
then let the yeast dissolve
then let it activate
then add oil
when it starts to bubble then add a little bit of flour at a time and kneed it together.

Lay it on a clean counter with a clean dish towel on top.
Wait and let it doubles in bulk

Cut the ball into three loaves.
Shape and kneed lightly
Grease the loaf pan with olive oil or spray with PAM.
Place dough in the pan to where the top of the dough is about 2/3 to 3/4 to the top.
Score the top.
Let it rise to Appx double in bulk.

Bake at 340 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
